As a Change Manager AO/IC, you will take the lead in further professionalizing our organization. Preferably, you are an experienced Green/Black Belt in Lean and/or Six Sigma and will work with the DMAIC method to achieve various "Improves & Controls".

ELINEX is already well organized and automated. The change that needs to happen first is separating several main specializations, from one company and organization to several specialized 'cells' or divisions. These divisions need to be well organized, conceived, documented, and then fine-tuned. The goal is improvement through change and to implement this together with the valued ELINEX employees. In this position as Change Manager, you are the specialized project leader who knows which phases of change need to be gone through to successfully achieve the stated end goal.

Innovation is therefore highly valued, and we continuously improve to achieve operational excellence both for our customers and in our internal processes. In this role, you are responsible for successfully executing internal improvement projects. Together with the management and directors, you lay down the guidelines based on the input from the organization. It's important that the internal quality remains guaranteed within the ELINEX quality management system, that the processes and corresponding documents are audited and remain in control. After re-establishing our internal quality system, it's important that it remains alive, is continuously improved, and remains "in Control". In the longer term, we can use the same methodology for specific strategic customer processes to serve them optimally. Thus, fine-tuning, standardization, and automation are important.

In this position, you are integrally responsible for our internal quality. The starting points for these improvements are optimizing our customer satisfaction and profitability. In addition, our processes are also audited based on ISO 9001.

As Change Manager AO/IC, you lead the change process, the internal improvement projects, you work together with our T.E.A.M. members, Management team, manage any involved external parties, and have necessary contact with our customers. Additionally, you will also provide internal training and set up a competency center to guarantee quality, knowledge, and competency and ensure that we can share this with new employees.
