Contact a Department Directly
Commerce consists of the Marketing & Sales departments. The Sales department is keen to identify your needs to then devise and offer a suitable solution through a complete price quote or proposal. Your personal account manager, along with our inside sales team, is happy to assist you.
The Order Management department is responsible for executing your customer order and/or contract. Your personal order manager is happy to provide you with an update on the status of your ongoing order and its planning.
You can only call these phone numbers if you have a service agreement (contract) in place. If you don't have this, we can also identify and rectify the malfunction based on a post-calculation. However, we will refer you to the Commerce department first.
Purchasing, warehouse & dispatch
The Purchasing department is our division that manages our Suppliers, issues purchase orders, and receives goods.
Finance & Control
For questions about accounting, invoicing, and payments, please contact our Finance & Control department. Invoices addressed to ELINEX should always be sent digitally to email@example.com for our automated process.
