The customer satisfaction survey for 2022 has been closed last month. Our customers have rated us with a 7.92 for their experiences with Elinex in 2022. This is slightly lower than last year. So, we have dropped slightly, but we still have an average score of 8.
We are once again proud of the achieved results but remain critical. This year, we have received more feedback than in previous years in our customer satisfaction survey. When strong growth is achieved, more work needs to be done, and this comes with its challenges. We will not shy away from them, and our goal for 2023 is to once again increase customer satisfaction!

- Communication is pleasant whether it's a quote request, issue, project, or the technician on the floor.
- Very flexible and always ready to provide a suitable solution or brainstorm about it.
- Friendly staff; the service is excellent, and there is always a collaborative effort to find solutions to specific problems.
- Keeping appointments and fast delivery times. This was a pleasant surprise.
- Easy to reach and clear work orders.
- Short and efficient communication lines and delivering on promises.

A selection of the areas for improvement:
- Respond even faster when a UPS exhibits defects or becomes unreachable in monitoring.
- Deliver reports/work orders earlier.
- Improve the speed of quoting and responding to inquiries and orders.
