Customers give us an 8.2! 

Again this year, ELINEX conducted its annual customer satisfaction survey. Our main goal is to keep customer satisfaction high and improve it wherever possible. Our customers gave us an 8.19 for their experience with ELINEX in 2024. Rounded up to a generous 8.2, but as in our work, we like to look at the details and down to the decimal point. So we see a nice increase compared to last year.

This year, we have again linked a fun win action to the survey and the winners will be contacted personally soon.

We get valuable information from this feedback, which is why your help is vital to keep improving.

We will continue to make improvements this year and our goal for 2025 is to grow again in terms of customer satisfaction. We are always open to improvements. We are never done improving. Do you have areas for improvement? Let us know, we will be happy to work on them!

A selection of some of the positive comments we received from respondents:

  • Clear planning and timeline when dealing with breakdowns. A quotation is accompanied by a clear objective in terms of benefits, technical solution and sustainability - Quick response to quotations or service requests - Clear quotations and information provision - Clear contact persons - For maintenance, the same technician with building knowledge
  • Elinex really specialises in emergency power solutions. I have been working with Elinex for several years and successfully. I have also recommended you to several new clients. From the quotation request, price and quality ratio and execution are of a good level. This enables Elinex to distinguish itself from other suppliers in the same segment. In addition, Elinex likes to think along in case of emergencies
  • Providing the quotation, taking the initiative to contact our customers if things are unclear. Clear delivery times and pleasant service staff who place and deliver the installations. We have enjoyed working together for many years
  • Reliable equipment, well-trained technicians, neat reporting in service reports, checklists of maintenance carried out. Good communication and coordination.

Some point of improvement we received from respondents:

  • Better internal and external communication
  • Detailed explanations of how systems work
  • More transparency and consistency
