Placed UPS-systems: 2 x 800 kWatt and 9 x 200 kWatt Huawei 5000-E UPS-systems
Elinex Power Solutions has installed and delivered multiple Huawei UPS-configurations by BIT in Ede. On location Elinex has installed and commissioned 2x 800 kWatt Huawei 5000-E UPS and 9x 200 kWatt Huawei 5000-E UPS in the new building.
BIT managed three datacenters in Ede, in full ownership. These datacenters are functioning independently. The datacenter is based on the latest technology and fulfill the highest standards as possible in terms of security and reliability. The datacenters BIT-2A and BIT-2BCD are on the same location but both have their own (emergency)power- and cool facilities and are situated above NAP.
Elinex Power Solutions is already 12,5 years partner with BIT in the area of emergency power solutions. On the 25th of March the commissioning took place with all the involved parties from BIT and this was celebrated with champagne. See the photo’s below.

At the end of March BIT in Ede officially took a number of new Uninterruptible Power Supplies in use. The question that was asked during this festive moment with champagne was: why did BIT choose for UPS’s from Huawei? ‘The fact that our emergency power partner Elinex has connected their name with Huawei, was for me a signal that this wasn’t an average Chinese’, said Alex Bik, CTO of BIT.
