The account manager is the most important link between our customers and our internal organisation. Your work consists of proactively finding prospects, bringing in new customers and managing and developing our current customer relationships, helping to further expand new business and implementing innovative products as solutions within the ELINEX organisation and among its customers. As an account manager, you will work from our office in Ridderkerk or from home. You will mainly be on the road with the lease car we provide you with to visit prospects and customers.
Working at ELINEX means working in a professional and informal environment, where it is important that you are flexible and can respond immediately to ad hoc requests. As an account manager, you will be part of the Commercial department. Our commercial department is responsible for the sale of all products and services.
BESS division
ELINEX has set up a new division for BESS solutions (Battery Energy Storage Systems), which is now experiencing tremendous growth after two years of implementation. During the start-up phase, internal Research & Development (R&D) projects were carried out, which led to the current product and service portfolio.
You will be selling our BESS solutions, supported by internal training, education and guidance on the products and their applications. In this role, you and your colleagues will be responsible for securing customer orders in various sectors, possibly in collaboration with our other account managers and the marketing department to promote (reference) projects. In addition, you will contribute to further mapping the market and developing an even stronger market proposition for ELINEX. You will participate in external in-depth training and courses provided by ELINEX and represent the company at exhibitions and events.
- HBO/WO degree in business administration or commercial economics;
- You are sociable and enthusiastic about making new contacts;
- Entrepreneurial qualities;
- Affinity with technology;
- Creative, innovative and results- and solution-oriented;
- Driven and ambitious sales tiger who wants to develop;
- You have empathy and are a real go-getter;
- Service- and customer-oriented attitude;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
