Are you organisationally skilled and able to execute contracts according to customer requirements? We are looking for a contract manager for our Order Fulfilment department. Together with the rest of the team, you are responsible for achieving targets, scheduling maintenance and making improvement proposals for various contracts at different customers. You will work closely with other departments and together you will ensure that customer satisfaction remains high.

What will you do as a Contract Manager Service & Maintenance?

As a contract manager for service and maintenance, you are operationally and financially responsible for the customer portfolio and relationship management with existing and new customers. You maintain close contact with customers, proactively advising and supporting them in finding the best solution for them

As a contract manager, you are jointly responsible for staffing the service team and filling in the schedule. You communicate with customers via email and telephone about scheduling periodic maintenance work and preventive and/or corrective replacements. Of course, this also includes ad hoc activities, such as changing the schedule due to malfunctions and/or urgent replacements.

As part of contract management, you are also responsible for some after-sales activities. For example, based on comments in the service engineer's work report, you instruct the sales department to prepare a suitable quotation.

What are we looking for?
  • A minimum completed secondary vocational education (level 4);
  • At least 2 years' recent work experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of and/or affinity with electrical engineering;
  • Customer- and service-oriented attitude;
  • Collegial, social, positive and flexible attitude;
  • Accurate and analytical;
  • Available 32-40 hours.
