Are you solution-oriented and able to fulfill orders according to customer requirements? For our Order Fulfilment department we are looking for an energetic work planner!

What will you do as a Work Planner / Order Manager Service & Projects?

Your duties as a work planner will include executing the order and specific customer requirements, purchasing supplies, customer contact and efficiently scheduling/preparing the work for our service engineers. You will also be involved in calculating additional and reduced work. You will perform these tasks in close consultation with your colleagues from other departments with the goal of high customer satisfaction. As a work planner you fall under the Order Fulfilment department. The department is responsible for the entire execution of new and existing solutions sold by our Sales department. Within ELINEX we have four types of order flows, namely: trade, service orders, service agreements and projects.

What are we looking for?
  • At a minimum, completed mbo education; At least two years of work experience in a similar position; 
  • If you would like to step in as an electrical engineer, this is also one of the possibilities.
  • Knowledge of and/or affinity with electrical engineering;
  • Customer and service-oriented attitude;
  • Collegial, social, positive and a flexible attitude; 
  • Accurate and analytical;
  • 32-40 hours available.
