Service Engineer at ELINEX

At ELINEX, as a Service Engineer, you have quite a lot of freedom in the field, which is very appealing to me. With a coordinated schedule, our company car and wide range of tools, I can start my working day with peace of mind, given the variety of work. Sometimes I fix a malfunction, carry out maintenance work and other times I do commissioning on a project. I visit all kinds of customers throughout the country, such as hospitals, data centres, government institutions and supermarkets. You name it, we work there. Working with technology and being meaningful to others makes our work fun and valuable. A good example is a hospital. Just think of the consequences if the power fails during an operation and there is no (properly functioning) emergency power solution.
As a Service Engineer, I mostly work alone and independently, but I do have a lot of telephone contact with my colleagues. Once a month, we meet with all Service Engineers to discuss current topics in the field of safety, among others. During this monthly meeting, toolbox meetings take place and we have lunch together with the entire company. This day then closes with a drink.
We are constantly developing in our field, but also as an organisation. We are increasingly involved in sustainability and the latest technologies. This gives us the opportunity to develop ourselves further, making us even more versatile.
