ELINEX customer satisfaction survey results regarding 2023

Again this year, ELINEX conducted its annual customer satisfaction survey. Our customers gave us an 8.09 for their experience with ELINEX in 2023. Rounded up to a generous 8, but as in our work, we like to look at the details and down to the decimal point. So we see an increase compared to last year.

Again this year, we have linked a fun win action to the survey and the winners will be contacted personally soon.

We get valuable information from this feedback, which is why your help is vital to keep improving. We will continue to make improvements this year and our goal for 2024 is to grow again in terms of customer satisfaction. We are always open to improvements. We are never done improving. Some positive comments we have received from our customers:

• Customer-friendliness, but especially your flexibility and thinking along in certain situations are very much appreciated.
• Quick response to quote or service requests, clear quotes and information, clear contact persons and for maintenance, the same technician with building knowledge
• Quick service / excellent support, the measurement reports of the UPSs, which are maintained annually by Elinex within our organisation, are very comprehensive and easy to read by the user/manager
• Delivery and commissioning of UPS systems, advice and a positive approach from the project managers and sales staff
• Very good technical knowledge and very customer-friendly

Some areas for improvement:

• Fill in reports/work order more accurately
• Communicate better during ongoing business
• Specify quotations better
