Deltares is a major technological institute located in Delft, specializing in water, subsurface, and infrastructure. It focuses on river deltas, coastal regions, river areas, and offshore projects. Prior to the official opening of the newly completed facilities in the data center, including the emergency power system and cooling systems, Cees van Leeuwen, Director of Real Estate at Deltares, provided us with a tour. The tour made one thing clear: the experiments conducted at Deltares require computing power that must be available 24/7.
