Customers rate us 8.1! NPS score increased from 28 to 30.

This year as well, Elinex has conducted its annual customer satisfaction survey. Our customers have given us a rating of 8.09 for their experiences with Elinex in 2021. When rounded, it's still an 8, but just as we pay attention to the details in our work, we like to scrutinize down to the decimal point. Thus, we observe a slight decrease compared to the previous year. However, the NPS (Net Promoter Score) has increased from 28 to 30.

Our NPS (Net Promoter Score) has increased from 28 to 30. This is a positive development, considering the score can range from -100 to +100. This places us above the average for professional service providers (B2B) in the Netherlands, with a national average of 16, according to research by Integron.

Despite many internal and external changes in the past year, we are extremely proud of the results achieved. We are committed to making further improvements this year and have set a goal for 2021 to enhance customer satisfaction. We are always open to suggestions for improvement. We never stop striving for excellence. If you have any areas where we can improve, please let us know, and we will be eager to address them.
