24/7 availability and reliability.
With our various monitoringsolutions, your back up power is always visible and manageble, 24/7 and brandindependant.
EMPS and BACS
The ELINEX Power Management System (EPMS) is a monitoring solution for both UPS and NSA systems, comprising of hardware and software. EPMS is brand-independent, and therefore offers the ability to manage different manufacturers in one platform. This immediately provides insight into important data, allowing predictive and preventive maintenance to seamlessly align with the current state of the emergency power installation.
For optimal battery management, ELINEX has developed BACS (Battery Analyze & Care System). This allows real-time 24/7 insight into the technical condition of the battery configuration, thereby enhancing the reliability of the installation. With BACS, any brand and type of battery can be remotely monitored. The use of BACS also extends the life of the batteries, as bad or even defective batteries can be replaced immediately, preventing negative impacts on the other batteries in series.
The EMPS and BACS solutions fit perfectly within ELINEX's philosophy:
- Emergency power with 24/7 availability and reliability.
- We look beyond a snapshot (annual maintenance).
- Better and more complete reporting.
- Advice before malfunctions occur.
- Faster response time to malfunctions as ELINEX can act directly.
- Not just preventive and corrective maintenance, but now also predictive maintenance.
- In addition to monitoring yourself, you can choose to have the emergency power supplies proactively monitored by ELINEX.
- Central LIVE monitoring, always aware of the current status of connected emergency power supplies (across different locations, anywhere in the world).
- Visual overview of all UPSs and NSAs (using a floor plan).
- Monitoring of any UPS and NSA make.
- Monitoring is possible using existing SNMP cards (no new purchase required).
- Action by installation responsible required after alarm notification.
- Forwarding of alarms and notifications (pop-up, email, SMS).
- Central control of server/client shutdown software.
- Event log, analysis of battery data (if BACS is applied).
- Multiple operator accounts possible with specific privileges.
- Access from any authorized workstation in the network.
